Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the SutraApps website and the Shopify apps published by SutraApps, including Wraply — Gift Wrap & Message.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing or using a SutraApps app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use our apps.
2. Description of Services
SutraApps provides software applications for Shopify merchants. Features, availability and functionality may change over time as apps are developed and improved.
3. Shopify App Usage
Our apps are installed through Shopify and operate within the Shopify platform. Your use of Shopify is governed separately by your agreement with Shopify. SutraApps is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant using our apps, you are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the settings and content you configure in the app
- Complying with the laws that apply to your store and customers
- Providing appropriate privacy notices to your customers
- Maintaining the security of your Shopify account and staff access
5. Account and Access
Access to our apps is tied to your Shopify store. You are responsible for activity carried out through your store's authorised users. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
6. Fees and Billing
Where an app is paid, charges are presented in Shopify before you approve them and are billed through Shopify's billing system. Applicable taxes may be added by Shopify. Prices may change with notice.
7. Trials and Subscriptions
Where a trial is offered, its length and terms are shown at the time of installation. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription continues and is billed through Shopify. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our apps for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute the app without our written permission
- Use the app in a way that overloads or interferes with the service for others
9. Intellectual Property
SutraApps retains all rights in its apps, website, branding and related materials, including the SutraApps and Wraply names and logos. You retain all rights in your store content and data.
10. Privacy and Data Processing
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which form part of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Services
Our apps rely on third-party services, including Shopify and our infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or terms of those third-party services.
12. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep our apps available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.
13. Disclaimer
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SutraApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of our apps.
15. Termination
You may end these Terms at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or if we discontinue an app. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
